What is the delivery time?
Delivery time can vary a lot per country, but typically is about 2-5 days by express shipping. If you need help tracking your delivery, or have concerns about a delivery time, you can contact us.
What are the shipping options?
There are two shipping options when you checkout: Flat Rate and Free Shipping. We offer worldwide free shipping on orders over US$500. For orders less than US$500, there will be a flat rate shipping fee of US$30. How ever, we ship all our orders by Express shipping (courier service): DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
Do you offer drop shipping service?
Yes, OriginalModules.com is the preferred drop ship service provider of new original transceiver modules. You focus on selling goods, and we will take care of the rest.
Do you take care of shipping paperwork?

Custom clearance & taxes
Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of a shipment. In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, OriginalModules.com will assist you fully. Any local sales tax or import duty will be calculated when your goods enter your country: in most cases there is nothing to pay, but if there is, you simply receive a small surcharge bill when you receive the products.

Do you provide tracking information?
